Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ noticewhenever possible.
Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another patient.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may result in:
- Loss of any reservation fee or deposit
- A cancellation or no-show fee
- A required deposit for future appointments
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may limit future scheduling privileges.
Reservation Fees & Deposits
Certain consultations, promotional offers, and treatments require a reservation fee or deposit to secure your appointment.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Reservation fees are applied toward the cost of your scheduled treatment.
- Reservation fees are generally non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel outside of the cancellation window.
- Eligible appointments may be rescheduled according to our cancellation policy.
Specific promotions may have additional terms that will be communicated at the time of booking.
Promotional Offers
Promotional pricing and introductory offers are available for a limited time and may include additional eligibility requirements.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- Promotional pricing has no cash value.
- Missed promotional appointments may result in forfeiture of the promotional pricing.
- Promotions are subject to availability and may end without notice.
Injectable Treatments
Because injectable treatments are medical procedures customized specifically for each patient:
- Payments made for completed injectable treatments are non-refundable.
- Treatment results vary from person to person.
- Additional treatments may be recommended to achieve your desired outcome and may involve additional cost.
Laser, Skin, & Wellness Treatments
Once a treatment has been performed, refunds cannot be provided for completed services.
If you have concerns following your treatment, please contact our office. Our providers are committed to helping you achieve the best possible outcome and will recommend appropriate follow-up care when needed.
Treatment Packages
Package purchases are generally non-refundable after treatment has begun.
Unused portions of eligible packages may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Omega Aesthetics & Wellness.
Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Omega.
Memberships
Membership fees are governed by the individual membership agreement signed at enrollment.
Membership payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or specifically stated within your membership agreement.
Retail Products
We want you to love the products you purchase from Omega.
Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition.
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Prescription products
- Special order items
- Clearance or final sale items

Gift Cards
Gift cards:
- Are non-refundable.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
- May not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Financing
Payments made through third-party financing providers, including Cherry or other financing partners, are subject to the financing provider’s terms and conditions.
Questions regarding financing payments, approvals, or refunds should be directed to the financing provider.
